6-羧基罗丹明6G琥珀酰亚胺酯 6-CR6G, SE是美国AAT Bioquest生产的罗丹明类荧光染料 。6-CR6G, SE（6-羧基罗丹明6G琥珀酰亚胺酯）是由6-CR6G与胺反应衍生而来的荧光标记试剂。在一些复杂的生物学研究中实验的重现性比材料耗费更加重要，因此6-CR6G, SE会成为首选荧光标记试剂。5-CR6G和6-CR6G结构上只存在微小的差别，但所形成的共轭物会给生物学属性带来显著的影响。
