N-(5-氨基戊基)-5-(二甲基氨基)萘-1-磺酰胺是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料 。丹磺酰尸胺是含胺的丹磺酰基结构单元。 丹磺酰尸胺也是最常用的荧光转谷氨酰胺酶底物，通过转氨基作用标记蛋白质。 它还被用于通过酰胺化或还原胺化制备其他小荧光生物分子，丹磺酰染料具有环境敏感的荧光量子产率和发射最大值以及较大的斯托克斯位移。 这种对环境敏感的荧光特性使丹磺酰染料成为生物研究的重要工具。丹酰基蛋白质缀合物具有10-20纳秒的荧光寿命。
