16-Keto Aspergillimide (SB202327) is an anthelmintic agent isolated from Aspergillus strain IMI 337664^[1] .

The oral activities of 16-Keto Aspergillimide (SB202327) against adult Trichostrongylus colubriformis infections in gerbils are determined. During bioassay-guided extraction (Haemonchus contortus L3 larvae), the 16-Keto Aspergillimide (SB202327) shows evidence of activity in vitro but not in vivo^[1] .
